What is collected, why and for how long
- Contact form
- Name, email, company (optional), budget (optional) and message. Purpose: replying to your request and following up a possible collaboration. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, or the legitimate interest in replying. Retention: up to 3 years after the last exchange, then deletion or anonymisation.
- Anti-abuse
- An irreversible hash of your IP address is stored with your message to limit spam. It is kept as long as the message itself.
- Internal audience count
- Counters per page and per day, with no identifier and no IP address, plus the origin of the visit when the address carries ?src=qr or ?src=nfc (business card). To count a page only once per visit, your browser remembers the page for the length of the session. Nothing is counted if your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used. Retention: 12 months.
- Personalised links
- When I send you a private page, I record the date and time of each view, the page viewed, the reading time (how long the page stays visible on screen), the device type, the browser family and an irreversible hash of your IP address, to know whether the document I sent was read. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: 12 months.
- Accepting a quote
- If you accept a quote from your private page: the name you enter, the date and time of acceptance and an irreversible hash of your IP address, kept as proof of your agreement. Legal basis: performance of the contract and the legitimate interest in proving the agreement. Retention: for the life of the quote and of the resulting contract, then 5 years (French commercial limitation period).
