Ordering apps, loyalty, local presence, AI automation: I design and deliver tailor-made tools for shops and restaurants. Every piece of work is documented, with what is proven and what is not yet.
A figure only appears here if it has a source. When a result is not proven, I write that down.
A tool is judged in use: at the counter, in the kitchen, on a phone, on a rush night. That is where I test it.
Access, procedures, what is still to decide: every project leaves with its handover documentation.
Files from the register: online products, apps for businesses, pre-sales demos and the method that holds them together. Pre-sales pieces are labelled as such.

An AI writes fast. The checks decide.
March 2026 – August 2026Working method and desktop application
What I do for a business, filed under five pillars. Each one points to specific work.
Being found: a clear local presence, fast pages, readable by search engines and by AI assistants alike.
Taking the order with no friction: an installable app, basket, payment, and the kitchen screen that receives it all.
Bringing customers back: loyalty cards, messaging journeys, rewards that are verified rather than claimed.
Seeing what happens: a back office your team understands, useful alerts, automatic checks that warn you before the customer does.
Using AI where it helps, with guardrails: audits, content generation, assistants, and a controlled cost.
I work with AI assistants, openly. What makes the difference is not the tool: it is the checks around it.
Read the case studyStrict typing, automated tests, palette and translation checks before every delivery.
Colours, overflows and sizes are read on the page as actually displayed, not in the code.
A list of banned patterns, each with its reason: no gradient "to look modern", no default font.
A check that cannot fail proves nothing: every verification is tested by making it fail.
Each square is a day on which code was recorded in my working repositories, confidential projects included, without revealing their content. Part of that code is written with AI assistants: that is deliberate, and it is the point of the method.
