PRJ-2026-18ClientLive, assistants switched off

A site and a private space for an artist, with six assistants ready but switched off

Nothing goes out without the artist’s approval, and one button stops everything.

Project at a glance

The need
A bilingual site for an independent artist, and a private space that spares them the repetitive work: captions, replies, reviews to chase.
My contribution
Designed and built the site, the private space and the engine of six AI assistants, with the safeguards and the tests.

What was built

  • Installable bilingual site
  • Private approval space
  • Six AI assistants
  • Spending caps and a master stop

Site live since 24 October 2026, but not indexed until its own domain name is connected. The six assistants are switched off; the first one is chosen with the artist. No commercial result is claimed, and the artist’s name is not published.

The need

An independent artist wanted a site that shows their work in French and in English, receives project requests clearly, and spares them the repetitive work around it: post captions, replies to messages, reviews to chase, approaches to be invited to other venues. The artist is not a computer person: the tool has to be understood without a manual.

What the project contains

  • A bilingual site, installable like an app, that presents the artist’s work and offers a project request form.
  • A private space, where the artist sees what each assistant has prepared and decides what goes out.
  • Six AI assistants, whose engine is a module of its own: each wakes on one specific event and prepares a text or a reply, never sending it on its own.
  • A deployment on a server, with an automatic check on every change.

Six assistants, all switched off

  • Posts: a caption in French and in English, in the artist’s voice, from their photos.
  • Short videos: cuts, subtitles and accompanying text, from a video.
  • Messages: a ready reply pointing to the request form; anything touching health goes back to the artist, never advice.
  • Project requests: a summary (style, area, size, dates) and a ready reply, sent by e-mail after approval.
  • Invitations to other venues: spot the events in the city ahead of a date in the diary and prepare one message per organiser.
  • Reviews: a reply to each review, then a request for a photo and a review after an appointment.

Each assistant takes the shape of a creature drawn from one of the artist’s own drawings, and speaks in the first person. The tool reads like company, not like a settings panel.

Evidence

Every figure carries its source. No commercial result is claimed.

What protects the artist

  • Nothing goes out without their approval: everything is prepared, nothing is sent alone.
  • Each assistant has a spending cap, and one button stops everything.
  • The assistant keeps dated memories, and the artist can make it forget any of them; a guard refuses to remember secrets, passwords, bank details, amounts and clients' health information.
  • As soon as an assistant reads exchanges with clients, the legal notice page adds the section that says so, by itself.

What is not done or claimed

  • No assistant is switched on. The first one is chosen with the artist; those that go through social networks still wait for an access that is not connected.
  • The site has been live since 24 October 2026, but it is not indexed by search engines until its own domain name is connected, and the texts are still to be validated with the artist.
  • No commercial result is claimed.
  • No screenshot: the site carries the artist’s work and name, and they have not agreed to its publication.
