The need
A property co-ownership management firm receives residents' reports by phone and by e-mail. Its clients call back to learn how things stand, and the secretaries are regularly interrupted. The goal: let the resident report and follow without calling back, let the manager see the whole case in one place, and let the tradesperson get the right information without creating an account.
What was produced
- A complete specification, dated 28 October 2026: journeys through the three spaces, rights by role, security rules, offline behaviour, notifications.
- A written design system: colours, typography, motion, components and accessibility rules (contrast, keyboard).
- A sheet of the interfaces, showing the three spaces side by side.
- A playable demonstration, in a single file with no external resource, that works without a network. It plays a water leak reported at night, and shows it living in the three spaces at once, up to the repair. Two modes: a continuous film of about 100 seconds, or a step-by-step run at your own pace.
- Two vertical films narrated by an AI-generated voice, of one minute and of two minutes forty, telling the same case.
How the story was built
The script starts from the client’s problem, in their own words, then makes it disappear on screen. Every message shown in the demonstration is taken from the specification, and a script checks the demonstration against that document.
Evidence
Every figure carries its source. No commercial result is claimed.

What is planned
An app in Next.js and TypeScript, with a PostgreSQL database, first as an interactive mock-up for the meeting, then as a pilot on one building. None of this has started.
What is not done or claimed
- The app is not built. The project does not start before the client’s approval.
- All the data in the demonstration is fictional, and every screen says so.
- This is a pre-sales demonstration: no installation, no figures, no promise. No commercial result is claimed.
- The demonstration and the films carry the prospect’s name and colours: they are not published here, and no screenshot is shown.
