The project
SileneMC is a francophone Minecraft server, still in development. It welcomes players on computer (Java Edition) as well as on mobile, tablet and Windows (Bedrock Edition), together on the same server. The project belongs to the team: I am not its owner. The file is filed under "Client" and not "Product" for that reason.
What the public site shows
- A server presented as francophone, open to Java, from version 1.8 to the latest, and to Bedrock.
- Game modes named on the home page: Bedwars, HikaBrain, Murder, hide-and-seek, TNT Run and Duels, with more modes announced.
- A site in French and English, with pages to connect to the server, discover the game modes, and see the leaderboards, the FAQ, the rules and the server status, plus ways into the clans and recruitment.
My role
I am a developer on this project, within the team, and I do all of its technical work:
- The public site: a web application in Kotlin, rendered on the server, that carries the pages listed above in both languages.
- The plugins and the game modes: the code of the mini-games that run on the server side, with matches started on demand.
- The infrastructure: the game server, the gateway that brings Java and Bedrock players together behind a proxy, a container-based deployment driven by scripts, and a smoke test to check that the network responds.
The choices about the game, the content, the community and the schedule are the team’s: I do not claim them.

What is not claimed
No usage figure (players, community, revenue) and no opening date is published here: the project is in development. My technical share is not given as a number either: it can be judged on the public site, which anyone can browse.
