HUB, the site you are reading and the private tool running behind it

Working alone with several clients takes a tool that holds everything: contacts, quotes, invoices, ongoing projects and what you learn along the way. Rather than stacking subscriptions, I built my own, and this site is its shop window.

• This portfolio, in French and English; every figure published carries its source.
• A publication audit on import: an excluded project, an email address, a phone number, a contact’s name or an internal price blocks publication.
• Content readable without JavaScript; the brand’s animated opening stops at the first gesture and does not play when you ask for less motion.

• Customers and pipeline, quotes with a personalised link, invoices and credit notes, a receipts ledger.
• Invoicing held by the database: numbering only goes through it, an issued document can be neither edited nor deleted, amounts are whole cents and dates follow the Paris day.
• Always-on AI agents, with budgets and approvals, and a canvas workflow editor.
• Knowledge, project tracking, an Instagram content generator, transfers between phone and computer, AI quota tracking and a voice assistant.
• A single account, mine, with two-factor authentication; secrets are kept in an encrypted vault.

Next.js, React and strict TypeScript, PostgreSQL 17, a permanent process for background jobs, an in-house design system ("Registre") and written architecture decisions. The code is split into business modules whose boundaries are checked automatically. It all runs in Docker containers on a dedicated server, with a rollback ready at each release; the checks (types, code rules, unit tests, integration tests on a real database and end-to-end tests) pass before each deployment.
