The problem
Two pizzerias in Moselle, in Hayange and Hettange-Grande, with a static site with no valid HTTPS, no online ordering and no management area for the manager. To respond, describing was not enough: we had to show something that works, before any commitment.
The approach
Build first, propose afterwards. A complete app, in demo state, covering both venues, with four decisions settled at scoping: a monochrome design, multi-venue management, pay-on-delivery and native booking.
The solution
- A menu per venue, with allergens declared dish by dish and a filter.
- Delivery, takeaway or dine-in orders, with pay-on-delivery.
- Booking for the Hayange dining room.
- Loyalty modelled on the existing paper card: twelve dishes bought, one dish free of choice. The reward is reserved at order time, passed to the kitchen, and earns no stamp.
- A loyalty card prepared for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet (prototype).
- A preparation screen for the kitchen and a full back office for the manager.
- Automated checks before every build: palette, translations, photos, compliance.

What this piece is, and is not
It is a pre-sales demo. After a meeting, the restaurant’s need shifted towards visibility on social media; the app was not deployed for them and remains a reusable demo foundation. No commercial result is claimed.
